POD: Plan of the Day
This is our second episode of a new series where we do a deep dive in things that are Hard to Make. Before Kevin started KCB, he served in the Coast Guard, and one of his takeaways was the POD or “Plan of the Day.” The idea is that you have three “big” things you want to tackle during the day. Years later this has been implemented this on our job sites, along with our project managers’ own versions. Ops man Nate McBride and I take some time to talk about what this looks like in real time, scaled up to job sites, across the company.
